Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Coordination – manage the flow of information and processes between sales, finance, customer service, and logistics teams.
  • Vendor & Customer Interface – liaise with suppliers, warehouse and customers to ensure service levels, forecasts or targets and contractual obligations are met.
  • Process Optimisation – identify, implement, and track improvements to operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • SLA & Performance Monitoring – oversee service-level agreements with logistics and distribution partners; monitor KPIs to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Systems & Reporting – maintain accuracy of operational data (Acumatica or similar ERP); generate regular reports to support decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Support – provide operational support to commercial teams on promotions, supply chain, and customer requirements. This includes supervising our customer service team.

Requirements

  • Background in logistics, supply chain, or operations (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and process-driven mindset; able to interpret data and spot trends.
  • Advanced Excel 365 and reporting skills.
  • ERP experience (Acumatica or similar) beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
