Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote IT support to clients across various environments.
Perform IT systems support and administration, ensuring optimal system performance.
Deliver hardware and software troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance.
Assist with cloud services deployment and maintenance, including Microsoft cloud offerings.
Conduct site assessments, compile documentation, and recommend technical improvements.
Perform daily client follow-ups, ensuring issues are resolved and updates are communicated effectively.
Assist with networking support, including diagnostics and configuration.
Support and maintain firewalls and access points (APs).
Implement and monitor end-point protection and management solutions.
Minimum Requirements
+2 years’ experience in a similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of O365, networking fundamentals, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Experience with firewalls, APs, and endpoint security tools.
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport (advantageous for onsite visits).
Strong communication & customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tickets.
